This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in The Spirited Few Membership 2025 at Beachwood Brewing & Distilling. By checking the terms and conditions box when checking out, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Membership Details

Membership period:

January 1 – December 31, 2025.

Membership cost:

$175 per installment (plus tax), due in four payments:

• Payment 1: Upon sign-up
• Payment 2: April 1, 2025
• Payment 3: July 1, 2025
• Payment 4: October 1, 2025

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Obligation:

• By signing this agreement, you commit to four installment payments of $175 (plus tax).
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

2. Membership Eligibility:

• Members must be 21 years of age or older.

3. Membership Non-Transferable:

• Membership benefits are exclusive to the named member and cannot be transferred.

4. Gift Pickups by Proxy:

• Members may assign a proxy to pick up their gifts or quarterly boxes.
• Proxies must be designated by the member in advance and provide valid identification at the time of pickup.

5. Early Termination:

• Beachwood Brewing & Distilling reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of this agreement or failure to complete payments.

6. Communication:

• Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date for notifications regarding pickups, events, and payments.
