Creating sourdough can be a fickle process easily affected by temperature, humidity and time. To create Beachwood’s unique, artisanal sourdough we integrate our organic, house-milled flour, native sour beer culture, and produce a custom water profile at our local brewery to make what we see as the perfect sourdough.
The result is a crispy, buttery, flavorful crust that is the ideal accompaniment to the quality ingredients that top our pizzas.
