Amalgamator is a dynamic West Coast-style India pale ale that’s delightfully light in body and bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A massive dry hop charge of Mosaic hops lays down an aromatic amalgam of passion fruit, blueberry, dank resin, and citrus notes.
It's a lambic-inspired ale in a can!
Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-Style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite new American hop varieties. Brewed with an abundance of Citra hops, we also blend in Warrior, Columbus, and Simcoe in the kettle for good measure. Citraholic is double dry hopped for two weeks with an abundance of Citra (and a touch of Columbus) imparting heavy aromas of citrus & tropical fruits with melon and gooseberry nuances. A base of American 2-row malt and scatterings of light British caramel malt create the perfect foundation for this unique and powerfully pungent IPA. You asked for it and we were happy to deliver!
'Come in Grape, Your Time is Up' is a seasonal series based around the grape harvest. In fall we collaborate with various wineries to create beers that blur the lines between wine and beer. In this version we partnered up with Castoro Cellars from Paso Robles and used late harvest Zinfandel grapes. We first created a blend of one year old lambic-inspired base beer, then let that beer sit on the whole grapes for 16 weeks to go through a secondary fermentation and flavor extraction. The beer has a beautiful deep purple color with notes of fruit and funk in the nose. Bold tannins from the grape skins and an assertive yet balanced acidity really give this beer qualities similar to a bottle of red wine, while also letting our house character shine through reminding you that you are actually drinking beer.
Double dry-hopped Thrillseeker is a West Coast India pale ale that will push your senses to the edge! Kettle hopping with Chinook, Summit, Centennial, and Simcoe lays down a massive citrus and tropical hop profile. Double dry hopping with Simcoe and Chinook provides an explosively bright aroma.
Full Malted Jacket is our take on a classic "wee heavy" Scotch Ale. It's brewed with a base of Golden Promise malt, an heirloom variety from Scotland. Notable additions of light and dark British caramel malts with a smidgen of chocolate malt help add flavors of rich toffee. It's hopped just enough with British Goldings hopsfrom East Kent to balance things out.
Hayabusa is an ultra-crisp and refreshing Japanese-style lager made with American barley, Canadian pilsner, toasted flaked rice and German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.
Hazer's Edge is a New England Pale Ale hopped with a well-sharpened selection: Southern Passion, Galaxy, Mosaic, & Citra hops for maximum juiciness.
Hef Leppard is a traditional Bavarian-style weizen with its roots in strong German brewing traditions. A base of German wheat, pilsner, and Munich malts, give this beer has a soft and wheaty foundation. Fermented with our favorite Bavarian yeast, delicate aromas of clove combine with floral German hops to round out this delicately refreshing beer.
The most evil Black IPA to stalk the earth. Dry hopped with sinister amounts of Citra and Ekuanot hops.
Lite Brite is a new twist on one of our favorite styles: West Coast-Style India pale ale. A base of extra pale German pilsner malt lays a delicate foundation for a major blast of Amarillo, Warrior, & Nelson Sauvin in the kettle. A jumbo-sized dry hopping with Amarillo throws down aromas of bright citrus and stone fruit.
Oatmonster is a traditional British-inspired oatmeal stout. A plethora of British malts create a roasty base with accents of dark toffee. A hefty helping of rolled oats adds a distinctively silky mouthfeel.
The pineapple guava has strong flavors of tropical banana reminiscent of runts candy. This lightly tart fruity beer is an easy drinking beer; enjoy it. The flavor of the pineapple guavas remained in the barrels even after a good clean; these barrels stood out immediately as being different and awesome tasting. We decided to package off the pair of barrels and share.
Pyrus Rustique is a beautiful beer that uses a different recipe and mash profile than our typical lambic inspired beers. It contains malted barely, malted wheat, un-malted wheat and oats and is mashed slightly lower in temperature and uses a bit less aged hops. It also is fermented with a blend of both our culture and Homage’s culture which gives this beer a unique profile. This beer aged in barrels for 16 months before 165lbs of D’Anjou and Bartlett pears were added to each barrel and re-fermented for two months. Marigold flowers were steeped and added at packaging. The nose is bright pear with a slight hay note and funky earthy undertones. The flavor of sweet pears washes over the palate with a unique salivating crisp acidity. The finish is balanced with mild acidity and just enough body to carry through the sweetness of the pears followed by slight funk and floral notes from the marigold.
Wet Hopped Street 3, Block 2 is the brand new wet-hopped version of our 100% Simcoe American pale Ale. Simcoe flowers from Perrault Farms were harvested less than 24-hours before they were used in the brew! Notes of fresh citrus, light pine, & Riesling grapes drip through this new and unique Beachwood pale.
Tart Simpson is a naturally tart wheat beer brewed in the traditional Berliner Weisse fashion. Equal parts of German pilsner and wheat malts are mashed in an oxygen free environment for 72 hours. Natural cultures on the grain husks sour the wort (unfermented beer) during this period in whats know as "sour mash." The beer is then gently boiled for a short period to preserve the fresh doughy notes present. Tart Simpson is fermented with one of our favorite German ale yeasts and cold conditioned for a period of three weeks to smooth out the flavors. The result is a light-bodied and refreshing wheat beer with subtle acidic notes and lively carbonation.

Un Atout is a rustic Belgian-inspired saison. A blend of German Vienna & wheat malt creates a toasty and silky base that paves the way for a lavishly floral hop profile. A special saison yeast gives a dry, yet silky finish.
