Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-Style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite new American hop varieties. Brewed with an abundance of Citra hops, we also blend in Warrior, Columbus, and Simcoe in the kettle for good measure. Citraholic is double dry hopped for two weeks with an abundance of Citra (and a touch of Columbus) imparting heavy aromas of citrus & tropical fruits with melon and gooseberry nuances. A base of American 2-row malt and scatterings of light British caramel malt create the perfect foundation for this unique and powerfully pungent IPA. You asked for it and we were happy to deliver!

Plums and Petals is a blend of one year lambic-inspired beer re-fermented on three different varieties of plums and infused with jasmine flowers and green tea. The beer pours a pinkish red with fine white bubbles. The aroma is juicy plums with sweet floral notes and a complex earthiness. On the palate the beer is satisfyingly tart with layers of texture across your tongue with mouthwatering acidity, slight tannic tea notes and a lingering sweet plum finish.
Strawberry Provence has quickly become a Blendery favorite! A blend of one year old lambic-inspired base beer, aged on three pounds per gallon of whole frozen strawberries for two months, and a touch of Herbes de Provence added right before packaging. With big jammy strawberry aromas, there's no mistaking what fruit we used in this beer. Sweet, tart, and funky, with slight notes of fresh herbs on the finish that compliments that juicy strawberry character.
Simcoe is one of our favorite hops at Beachwood. It's flavors and aromas are juicy, tropical, and piney, all at the same time. Street 3, Block 2 is a celebration of Simcoe dressed up as a hoppy American pale ale; it's hopped with 100% Simcoe, all the way through the dry hopping.
Blended in Collaboration with our friends from Nickel Beer Co. The idea for this collaboration was use red wine grape beer along with other red fruit components to create something wine-like and fruity. Each of the seven barrels of this blend had a sense of terroir, time and depth and as a whole created a blend that can never be again replicated. The two oldest barrels of the blend were made with grenache grape must from Le Cuvier and co-fermented with our wort and left to age for 32 months along with Timpson grapes from Raisins to BBLs. Two of the barrels were one year beer left to age on second use cherries for an additional year. The other three fruit barrels each had one year beer put on to the fruit and aged for an additional year; raspberry, pluot, cherry. The beer pours a beautiful indiscernible pink and orange color and fine white bubbles. The aroma is a vinous raspberry with notes of pie cherries and earthy sweet stone fruit. A surprisingly delicate body with lively carbonation and soft acidity brings out the grenache and raspberry notes that seamlessly becomes tart cherries, funk and a touch of minerality. The finish is fairly dry with wood tannin notes with lingering fruityness that is very satisfying.
