Amalgamator is a dynamic West Coast-style India pale ale that’s delightfully light in body and bursting with unique aromas and flavors. A massive dry hop charge of Mosaic hops lays down an aromatic amalgam of passion fruit, blueberry, dank resin, and citrus notes.
Full Malted Jacket is a Scottish-Style "wee heavy" Scotch Ale. Rich, malty, and brewed with heirloom Scottish barley, this beer was aged in sturdy American bourbon barrels for one year. Accents of vanilla and toasted oak meld seamlessly with notes of rich toffee and caramel. GABF 2013 Wood and Barrel-Aged Strong Beer Bronze metal.
Brewed in the traditional Irish Fashion, this stout’s foundation begins with Irish ale malt, a large smattering of flaked barley for a brilliant silkiness, and loads of roasted barley. Hopped with British Goldings hops from East Kent. Bulldog is served on Nitro for an impossibly creamy mouthfeel.
Hopheads rejoice! Citraholic is a "modern" West Coast-Style IPA that's focused on Citra, one of our favorite new American hop varieties. Brewed with an abundance of Citra hops, we also blend in Warrior, Columbus, and Simcoe in the kettle for good measure. Citraholic is double dry hopped for two weeks with an abundance of Citra (and a touch of Columbus) imparting heavy aromas of citrus & tropical fruits with melon and gooseberry nuances. A base of American 2-row malt and scatterings of light British caramel malt create the perfect foundation for this unique and powerfully pungent IPA. You asked for it and we were happy to deliver!
'Come in Grape, Your Time is Up' is a seasonal series based around the grape harvest. In fall we collaborate with various wineries to create beers that blur the lines between wine and beer. In this version we partnered up with Castoro Cellars from Paso Robles, CA and used late harvest Muscat grapes. We first created a blend of one year old lambic-inspired base beer, then let that beer sit on whole grapes for 8 weeks to go through a secondary fermentation. This golden beer has sweet perfumy and floral aromas reminiscent of a desert wine. The flavor is tart and crisp with some tannic and oak qualities, finishing fairly dry with a lingering fruitiness.
El Verano is a traditional Belgian-style saison that begins with a base of German pilsner malt and a generous portion of malted rye. Malted spelt and flaked wheat adds a pleasant earthiness while softening the mouthfeel. We've incorporated local sage honey to accentuate the floral German hops used in the kettle. Fermented with our favorite Belgian yeast, El Verano has aromas of fresh fruits and delicate spices with a refreshingly dry finish and lively carbonation.

A staple fruit for the Belgian inspired is the cherry. Bold flavor, intense color, and amazing aromas make this fruit one of the best choices for beer makers. ‘Kriek’ starts out as a blend of one year old lambic-inspired barrels, combined with a mix of frozen tart cherries at a rate around 2 lbs per gallon. After two months of secondary fermentation and maturation the beer is sent to bottles and kegs for conditioning. The beer has brilliant jammy notes reminiscent of cherry pie, slightly sweet while finishing crisp and dry. That classic Blendery funk and acidity peek through the cherry notes to back it all up and create a balanced beautiful beer experience.
Strawberry Provence has quickly become a Blendery favorite! A blend of one year old lambic-inspired base beer, aged on three pounds per gallon of whole frozen strawberries for two months, and a touch of Herbes de Provence added right before packaging. With big jammy strawberry aromas, there's no mistaking what fruit we used in this beer. Sweet, tart, and funky, with slight notes of fresh herbs on the finish that compliments that juicy strawberry character.
